INTRODUCTION TO SOULCOLLAGE
SoulCollage® is a process of creating and interpreting your personal collaged deck of cards, and gaining greater self-understanding and insight. It was developed by Seena Frost, MFT. Using image, intuition and imagination make collaged cards that represent your internal aspects. Learn the power of images—the language of the soul—and select images that call to you, pasting them onto a card. Discuss the meaning of the four suits, and each card’s role.

In this group we identify our creative desires, explore the nature of creativity, engage in art and exercises to further awaken our creative fires, and share experiences and stories, verbally and aesthetically. 6 weeks (and ongoing).
